- Price includes GST;
- To remain contactless, pre-payment online is required before pick-up or delivery;
- Delivery days are Wednesday's and Friday's;
- Cut off times - Orders must be placed by 3pm on Monday for Wednesday delivery, and 3pm on Wednesday for Friday delivery;
- We demand high standards from our suppliers to ensure consistent quality standards for our customers. If you are ever unsatisfied with a particular product or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery so we can fix the problem for you;
- Our aim is to make this a contactless transaction therefore all of our drivers will be adhering to a strict hygeine practice before and after each delivery;
- These boxes may be heavy so please take caution when lifting on collection from your nominated drop point; and
- Drop point - please nominate a safe location for our driver to leave your package or if you would like us to call or to ring your bell on arrival.
